Do I need to set-up an account?
Yes, only if you plan to use our pickup location service or curbside pickup at the store. All in-store sales do not need an account, just stop by and select what you need.
Does setting up an account require me to make monthly purchases?
No, you don't have to purchase every week. We are grateful for every purchase you make but you are in control of when you want to purchase our farm products for your family.
Is there a minimum order amount that I have to make each time?
No, there is no minimum order amount, you're in total control. We accept all sizes of orders but orders of $25 or more are appreciated.
We deliver all our products cold or frozen.
Yes, please bring your own cooler. We recommend you bring some ice packs along and there may be ice from our coolers to share as well.
Do you have extra products along in case I forgot to order?
No! We pack everything the day before or the day of delivery date and don't add any extras.
What time do I need to be at the Pick-up location?
We recommend on planning to show up 10-15 minutes early in case you hit traffic or another unseeable situation. Our delivery driver will show up to the site a few minutes early as well. If you do see you will be late, please give us a call at 717-824-9785 and we will try our best to accommodate you. If you do not contact us there may be restocking fee.
What happens if I miss my delivery and already paid for it?
We will fully credit you the amount you paid. There may be a restocking fee. We do not like to charge this if we don't have to.

Can I change to a different Pickup location?
Yes, at check out just select the option that fits you best and we will do the rest.
What if there is a problem with my order?
We are sorry if we made a mistake on your order or if something doesn't meet your expectations. No worries, we'll make it right. Just contact us and let us know what we can do to help. We care about you and the quality of your food. *Know Your Farmer, Know Your Food!
How does winter weather affect Pickup location deliveries?
The answer is, we watch the weather and road conditions closely and will cancel the delivery or move it to another day if the driving conditions are too bad! IMPORTANT: We will always communicate a canceled delivery via email. Please check your email often the day before or the day of the delivery. We rarely cancel delivery times due to the inconvenience it creates for everyone. If you cannot make it to the pickup location because of the wintery weather, please call us @ 717-824-9785 . We totally understand these things come with winter. There will be no restocking fees. Above all... we want everyone to be safe!
