By ordering a whole you are in control of the cuts you receive. We have each pork custom processed at a neat and clean facility to fit your needs. We will contact you directly and send you a cut sheet that will need filled out. Availability and animal weights vary. Our total price if figured off the carcass weight this includes processing and handling.
